Gedeli commits to ensuring that each product purchased from the Gedeli official website or flagship store will be free from material or craftsmanship defects under normal use during the warranty period. The warranty period starts from the date of product delivery and varies depending on the product and its components, unless otherwise agreed with Gedeli.

Part Two – General Terms

 

Requesting Return Service:

 

√ Within 7 days after receiving the product, if it has no manufacturing defects and remains in new condition.

√ Within 7 days after receiving the product, if the product has manufacturing defects.

√ If the product is defective and more than 15 days have passed since receiving the product, the buyer shall bear the return shipping costs.

 

Requesting Replacement Service:

 

√ Within 15 days after receiving the product, if it has been severely damaged during transportation (proof of damage required).

√ Within 15 days after receiving the product, if the product does not match the original description.

√ Within 15 days after receiving the product, if the product experiences performance failures.

 

Cases where the buyer bears the shipping costs:

If the received item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please contact our support team within 3 days. Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of receipt or purchase date, whichever is later, and shipping and delivery fees will not be refunded.

Eligible refunds require providing proof of purchase and the amount of tax paid. Proof of purchase can be the original paper receipt, electronic receipt, or order number.
