Below are the details of our refund policy. Please read carefully:

 

If you encounter the following issues, please contact us, and we will promptly address them:

  1. Returns due to our negligence;
  2. Items arrive with defects that cannot be repaired by replacing parts;
  3. We sent the wrong item;
  4. We shipped the item to the wrong address;
  5. We sent the order multiple times;
  6. Within the 30-day return period, the product malfunctions (assuming the customer has correctly assembled the product according to the instructions).

 

Important Note: For items damaged or defective upon arrival, you must provide videos/photos to support your claim, proving that the item was damaged or malfunctioned upon arrival. If the customer refuses or fails to provide photos/videos of the alleged defective/damaged item, this return will be considered as “buyer’s remorse,” and the customer will be responsible for all liabilities. The customer will also be required to pay 15% of the purchase fee and any shipping costs paid by the seller. In any case, if the customer claims that the goods are defective/damaged, evidence must be provided before returning. Please use the “Contact Us” form to submit images/videos for a return request.

 

Once we receive the approved returned items, we will inspect their condition. If the items are found to be defective, we will proceed with the refund.

 

If a return request for damaged/defective items can be resolved through simple part replacement and support, we can offer the option of free replacement parts. If the customer believes this is a simpler solution, we can provide suggestions on how to repair your item so you don’t have to return large items. We will send technicians or repair personnel to the customer’s home.

 

When the customer pays for return shipping – If the return is due to the customer’s error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping, and they pay for the shipping. In these cases, we do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels. Please note that the original shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your total refund, and any orders that provide special shipping fees will be deducted from our actual outbound shipping fees. Examples of these customer return cases may include:

 

Buyer’s remorse (“not satisfied with performance,” “item doesn’t fit me,” “item doesn’t meet my expectations,” “I tried it but I want something else,” etc.)

No longer needed/changed mind

Misunderstanding of product description (failure to fully read product details/description/features)

Cancellation of order after item has been shipped, even if you haven’t received the item

Customer purchased the wrong product

Customer accidentally purchased too many

Customer provided an incorrect shipping address by mistake

After the 30-day return period, if an item malfunctions or is damaged, the customer can use Gedeli’s manufacturer product warranty for repairs. For more information, please refer to the manufacturer’s product warranty.

 

Our warranty period is 3 years!

 

Replacement Process:

 

Step One: Please contact us at gedelichair@hotmail.com to let us know your issue and confirm the solution.

Step Two: Take photos of your goods and send them to us along with the tracking number. The repair cost depends on whether it falls within the warranty scope. (Please check the warranty scope.)

Step Three: We confirm that the goods have been returned and inspect the issue. Please also provide us with your contact details (name, mobile number, detailed address, postal code).

Step Four: We will send the goods back to you.

Refund Policy

 

If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.

You can return or refund the goods within 30 days of receiving them. Any returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them and in their original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after receiving and confirming the return. Please check your account.

Order Cancellation

 

Gedeli usually ships your order within 1-2 business days. If you need to cancel your order, please contact Gedeli as soon as possible to cancel the order and receive an immediate refund. However, if your order has already been shipped, we will refund your payment upon receipt of the returned order.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the shipping cost will be borne by the consumer. The specific cost should depend on the courier company you choose.

 

If the received items are damaged or incorrect due to our negligence, the consumer is not responsible for the shipping cost.
