Part One – Limited Warranty
These Gedeli after-sales policies (hereinafter referred to as “Policy”) apply only to Gedeli products purchased from the Gedeli official website or Gedeli direct stores. For products purchased through Gedeli authorized dealers, please contact them directly. Products sold by Gedeli or Gedeli authorized dealers are equipped with unique safety codes, which you can find in the product list or by contacting us through our official website https://gedeli.com.cn to confirm the order receipt.
Coverage
Under this limited warranty, Gedeli guarantees that each Gedeli product you purchase will not have any problems due to material and workmanship defects during normal use within the warranty period. The warranty period for different products and components varies. The warranty period for the product starts from the date of delivery of the product, unless otherwise agreed upon with Gedeli. This limited warranty provided by the manufacturer does not affect any potential statutory warranties as required by law.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
If your product experiences issues within the warranty period, please contact us through after-sales service to let us know how we can assist you. For warranty claims related to quality, if factory-refurbished models are available, they will be used to replace the item, otherwise a new item will be sent. The warranty period for all replacement items is the same as the warranty period for the original defective item. *Warranty periods may vary depending on local laws and regulations.

Part Two – General Terms
Gedeli guarantees that refund services, replacement services, and warranty repair services can be requested under the following conditions. For more detailed information, please contact Gedeli or your authorized Gedeli dealer. You will need to fill out a refund or repair form and send it to us along with the product.
Part Three – Return Policy
- Under what circumstances can returns be requested?
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, or if you are not completely satisfied with the items purchased, please contact our support team within 3 days of receipt. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods or the purchase date, whichever is later, and shipping and delivery fees will not be refunded.
- What is required for successful returns?
Eligible refund items need to provide proof of purchase and the amount of tax paid according to applicable state law. Accepted proof of purchase includes: original paper receipts, electronic receipts, or order numbers.
Please return the package to our warehouse via a delivery center or pick-up service.
